Ingredients To Cook Ayam Paprik or Chicken Stir Fry

● 1 ‏Chicken Breast, cut into thin strips
● 1 ‏Cauliflower Stalk, cut into pieces
● 1 ‏Carrot, peeled, cut into thin strips
● 2 ‏Babycorn Stalk, cut into pieces
● 4 ‏Long Beans, cut in half
● 1 ‏Red Chili, cut into thin strips
● 3 ‏Birds Eye Chili
● 1 ‏red Capsicum
● 1 ‏Green/Yellow Capsicum
● 2 tbsp ‏Tomato Sauce
● 2 tbsp ‏Chili Sauce
● 2 tbsp ‏Oyster sauce
● 2 tbsp Stir Fry sauce
● 1 tsp ‏White Pepper
● 2 tbsp Oil
● 2 Garlic, minced
● 1 ‏onion, chopped
● 4 tbsp ‏Oil
● 1/2 tsp ‏Salt
● 1/2 tsp ‏Sugar
● 1 tsp ‏Cornstarch

Instructions To Cook Ayam Paprik or Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Put a large wok or frying pan on a gas stove with medium flame and heat oil.
  2. Put chopped garlic with chicken strips. Saute for 2 minutes on medium flame. Then, keep this chicken aside in a separate dish.
  3. In the same wok/pan put onion, red chilli, green and red capsicum, carrot, cauliflower and long beans. Then, stir them for 2 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, oyster sauce and stir fry sauce. Stir them and cook for 2 minutes until all the ingredients are fully and evenly mixed.
  5. Now add chicken that was kept aside till now. Also add salt, white pepper, sugar, baby corn, bird’s eye chilli along with cornstarch mixture.
  6. Stir this mixture of ingredients on high heat for 2 minutes. Ensure chicken and vegetables are fully cooked.
  7. After turning off the heat. Serve hot with rice and have a distinguished eating experience.
